No matter what they say, ISP equipment tends to be unreliable. Opt for a wired setup whenever possible, and then deploy your own access points—preferably hardwired to your router. If wiring isn’t an option, consider a mesh network system.

I've connected the AP but it doesn't function properly. The setup uses a cable from the ISP router to the switch uplink port, then another cable from the switch's PoE port to the UBIQITi AP. When trying to configure it via the app, it reports connection failure.
