You're experiencing inconsistent ping issues while playing games on your Xbox, especially when the router is far from the main network hub. Despite having multiple Wi-Fi boosters and a stable Ethernet connection, the ping fluctuates significantly—sometimes under 100ms, other times so high it disrupts gameplay. It seems the problem lies more with network stability or interference rather than speed. Powerline connectivity could be a viable alternative since it doesn't rely on Wi-Fi signals, which might help if your current setup is unstable. Consider testing powerline as a potential solution before relocating.

Powerline adapters perform excellently. For tasks involving Ethernet routing, use an outdoor-rated cable and run it through your vents.

Keep your records of the power line adapter. I haven't had a positive experience with it before. Your signal seems to come from the booster or range extender relay. If the power line fails, switch to Ethernet.

While testing the powerline adapter, the problem occurs when you pass through the circuit breaker. It’s better to ensure the signal stays on one circuit. Keep this in mind based on your home's wiring setup.
