We require additional details. What connection speeds do you use? Who provides your internet service? How many devices are connected to the network? Are you using 2.4GHz or 5GHz? Does Ethernet impact performance? How far is the router from the device? Which router model is it? Is this your own router or one supplied by your ISP? The more information you provide, the better we can assist.

I'm handling a 300mbs upload plan with BT. I have one laptop, two PCs, and three mobile phones. No Ethernet connection—only a router and a smart hub are available.

Your laptop, three phones, and one PC are all receiving the full 300, yet your second PC is only getting 150. Are you certain no one else was using the internet during your speed test?
