Your current plan offers limited bandwidth—about 1MB upload and 10MB download—which is insufficient for smooth streaming of services like YouTube or Netflix. Upgrading to 50MB down and 10MB up might help, but it depends on your modem and router setup. If you're using multiple devices such as smart TVs, a Chrome Cast, a computer, and an Xbox, you may still face congestion. Consider whether a separate router would provide better performance for all your needs.
The key is how many devices need bandwidth at once. Even with a million devices, only a few might use 15-20Mbps together, which should be fine. We can't predict problems if you haven’t reported issues since the upgrade. A 50Mbps connection is preferable to a 10Mbps one.
