You're experiencing issues with your PC connecting via Ethernet but not through WiFi. The system shows an "unidentified connection" and your PS4 isn't connecting either, though it works on normal WiFi. This could indicate a problem with the Ethernet port or a configuration issue. Try checking the physical connections, ensuring the cable is properly plugged in, and verifying that your network settings are correct. If the problem persists, there may be an issue with the network adapter or driver.

Restart the modem or router, then attempt the connection again. This clears any caching problems in their IP tables and could restore access to affected devices. Please let us know the outcome.

Everything appears to function correctly now, it's unclear what caused the issue. Thank you.
