It seems to be your laptop only. There might be several reasons... I’d start by checking if the drivers for your Wi-Fi card are up to date.

I've tested it and it doesn't, but somehow after attempting to generate SSID2 from my phone, it works again. When I switch SSID2 off, SSID1 functions properly.
