We require detailed information about your system. You might want to use a different PCIe slot. Has this been available since you installed the card? Did you try a wired connection and still face issues? Have you installed the newest Wi-Fi drivers for that card? Are you up to date with the latest chipset drivers for the mainboard? Have you applied the most recent mainboard BIOS that supports your CPU?
