Hello fellow members, I recently relocated from Canada to the US for school and am staying with a friend who uses Verizon internet. My Wi-Fi works on all my devices—iPad, iPhone, and the friend's Windows desktop—but it won’t connect to my Windows 10 laptop. I’ve tested the laptop in other places and it connects fine both at home and when I visited last week. I’ve tried resetting the network, uninstalling drivers, restarting the PC, and using Network Reset settings. The device manager lists it as an Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 3160 Dell Inspiron 5559 laptop. The router is an LTE WIFI 6 Internet Gateway. Any advice or a forum link with a solution would be greatly appreciated.

It displays all available SSIDs. You can enter your password, but it prompts for verification and replies "Can't connect to this network." You've confirmed the password is accurate.

Settings match 2.4 GHz but only one Wi-Fi connection appears. It seems the 5G band isn't being detected or activated.

Apologies for the delayed response. I was just adjusting the settings and dividing the networks, which allowed me to connect to the 5G network. It seems the connection is now functioning properly. I’m still puzzled about why this happened. Thanks for your assistance!
