I prefer Asus cards for these setups. I've tried multiple in various configurations without problems (except occasional Windows updates). Other brands caused issues, so I suggest: an Asus PCE-AC55BT for $35. A PCE-AX58BT costs twice as much but offers superior performance and faster internet, plus compatibility with newer Bluetooth devices.
