WiFi 6 performance is severely impacted. Intel's questionable company continues to operate (AX1650x)
I tried connecting my BT speaker to my PC today. I was surprised to find that the drivers were broken and Bluetooth wasn’t working. I just reinstalled them, but they weren’t available anymore. Right now I’m using the Wi-Fi 6 KILLER ax1650x, which I bought a while ago. It was advertised as the top Wi-Fi 6 chip from Intel, even though it was priced at $35. The site had a wide range of drivers and details on the Killer website, and it was built using Intel’s new Wi-Fi 6 technology. In reality, for all practical purposes, it was the best Intel Wi-Fi 6 chip—not under the Intel name. Things have changed since then. The Killer website is gone, and finding drivers is nearly impossible. It’s not listed on Amazon either. I know Intel bought Killer, but their site only mentions the AX1650x briefly and doesn’t support it at all. Did Intel stop supporting it because it made them look weak? Are they trying to phase it out? Any information would be helpful.
The driver files are available on Intel's official site at the provided URL.
Shifted to networking, but it didn’t go as planned. Now what?
