Hello! In your location, placing the router in the attic is the only option. The internet speed is very poor, and you're seeking a reliable repeater solution. Do you have any suggestions or advice?

Just installed the D-Link Covr mesh network. The setup was really tough, but now everything works perfectly. It gives full Wi-Fi coverage across a three-story home with the main router placed in the basement.

Opt for repeaters instead of relying solely on mesh networking. I’m using TP-Link Decos, and the setup was smooth. Two X68s were sufficient to cover all three floors. Be sure to choose a system with a dedicated backbone channel—this will minimize problems and keep your speed stable.
