I'm sorry for the frequent posts, but I'm encountering difficulties I didn't anticipate. The issue seems to stem from the outdated drivers for my Wi-Fi card, which was released in 2021. I'm trying to resolve this by updating the drivers so the card can function properly.

When it comes to drivers, if the newer one is broken, I usually stick with the previous version. You keep moving backward from the latest until you locate one that functions. Then wait for them to release the next update and trust it will resolve the problems. Slow WiFi might not be a driver issue at all—it could stem from a different source.

I'm confident it's a driver problem since my phone handles 300-400 Mbps while my PC manages 20-30, with the rest improving after the edit.

Maintain the current driver and prevent Windows from updating it, so you avoid reinstalling it later.

Navigate to Settings/System/About, select "Advanced system settings," then go to the Hardware tab. Click the "Device Installation Settings" button and select "No (your device might not work as expected)." Confirm by clicking Save Changes and OK. Note that this setting prevents drivers from being updated automatically via Windows Update. If an update is needed, install it manually or revert using the same steps but choose "Yes" when prompted. This method only blocks driver updates through Windows Update, allowing you to manage generic drivers individually.
