Wider radiators available???

I just assembled an I9 7940x PC with an R5 case and am looking for a large rad to cover the top case vent area. Anyone has a suitable one? It looks like most are designed for a 120 fan width, but my case can handle much wider vents.

There are 140mm radiators in stock, even though they are not as widely used as the 120mm ones. Examples include EK and Alphacool, but there are likely many more options available.
