The Wi-Fi stopped working and the adapter isn’t listed. The laptop model is ASUS X540LA—has the Wi-Fi chip failed?
Connect the adapter to a wire and visit the OEM website. Search for a wireless driver and set it up on your device. Occasionally these drivers become outdated or are accidentally deleted, requiring reinstallation.
Is there a shortcut or switch to activate fly mode? Typically it's triggered by pressing the FN key along with one of the function keys, or by using a physical switch or button on the side. You might also notice it on the front panel, which can be quite bothersome next to the lid opening.
I've added the drivers from Asus, but they aren't functioning. The Fly Mode is disabled. I installed them, yet it didn't work.
The issue is resolved. I've installed the drivers and restarted the computer. Thank you all.
