Try using a wireless adapter that supports Wi-Fi directly. If the antenna doesn’t work, check your device settings for alternative network options.

WiFi availability depends on more than just being inside the house. Make sure the drivers for your Wi-Fi card are installed, then turn it on in Windows and enter your network details.

I need to know where you're looking for the drivers.

Is this a fresh installation? If you haven’t added any Wifi drivers yet, they’re likely missing and you should install them. Determine your motherboard model to find the corresponding support page. To verify existing installations, open Device Manager and look under Network Adapters. You can also open it by right-clicking the Start button or pressing Start and typing Device Manager.

We need another PC with functional internet access and a thumb drive. This can be frustrating but is required for everyone purchasing that board. Gigabyte released six versions of this board, mainly updating the Wi-Fi chip each time. You should mention the exact B650 Gaming X AX revision you own—1.0 to 1.5. The best reference is usually on the box sticker, indicating something like "Rev 1.5" near a barcode. If not, check the bottom left corner of the motherboard for a stamp.

You must move the file to your new computer using a USB stick or similar device, extract its contents, and execute the setup program.

Ensure chipset drivers are installed before proceeding.
