Hey everyone, usually when my laptop wakes up unexpectedly, it doesn’t show any Wi-Fi connections available. It would be super helpful if someone could give some tips, since right now I’m forced to connect my phone directly, which is annoying. Also, the task manager doesn’t display a Wi-Fi card in that situation. Thanks in advance, Tom — note I missed adding the Wi-Fi card info earlier.

Have you attempted to delete the Wi-Fi card drivers and reinstall them?

Only switch the Wi-Fi on and off. It should detect something then... (occurs occasionally, but it works sometimes)

Changed the settings in Device Manager but it didn't help.

Would that function? It only fails when a software-related event occurs.

You likely attempted that, but this could be resolved by simply toggling airplane mode on and off (something I've done before). Otherwise, it might point to a driver problem.

You should attempt resetting the device by powering it off completely and then turning it back on. If that doesn’t work, check for software updates or contact support.
