Hello, It seems Spotify and the web player are having issues lately. They load slowly or stop working suddenly, but work fine when connected via data from your phone. Using incognito mode helps with Spotify but not WhatsApp. I’ve reinstalled Spotify several times to rule out a client problem, but I’m not sure what to try next. Also, gaming without Spotify feels pretty disappointing. Any advice would be appreciated.

It happened several times, but the only solution was resetting my Wi-Fi connection, which resolved it until I restarted my laptop again and it stopped working now.

Check if the laptop includes an Ethernet connection. If not, consider replacing the router. This issue has been moved to Troubleshooting.

Where do you come from? Perhaps your country's list of IP addresses is on a block list, like I don't know.

It has an Ethernet connection but doesn't function when plugged in. It operates via a Wi-Fi bridge from my phone to my laptop, though it only works when connected directly to the router.

Consider updating your DNS settings to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google). A search indicates ISPs in Lebanon may sometimes restrict DNS for these services...

It seems you're questioning the need for a new router while mobile functionality is still working.

They mentioned using their phone as a hotspot when it's functioning, which means they're relying on mobile data rather than a home connection.
