Your Wi-Fi frequently prompts you to log in, but the connection fails. You've restarted the router/modem before, and it only lasted a short time. You've checked all possible solutions so far.

It's not the phone itself. The issue is happening across several devices. Ethernet is functioning properly as well.

Restart the router/modem by unplugging it for a short time, then plug it back in. Allow a few minutes for everything to resume normal operation. Capture a photo of your ATT Router side. Make sure to include the SSID, WiFi password, and access code in the picture. You’ll need these details later. Open the router setup by entering 192.168.1.254 in your browser’s address bar and pressing Enter. Navigate to the Home Network section. Select the Wi-Fi option and enter the Access Code once to make adjustments. Verify your SSID or update it as desired, then confirm your password. After saving any changes, click the Save button under the Guest SSID.

Have you accessed the router configuration? Did you change the password? Which device prompts for login? (such as computer or mobile)? Is it the sole device? If multiple devices are involved, reach out to ATT support.
