If your machine lacks an Ethernet port, it’s disappointing. For a PCIe WiFi card, here’s the ASUS PCE-AC68 AC1900 Dual-Band Wireless PCI-E adapter you mentioned.

The device works, though it's unusual. Appreciate the link, but it doesn't match what I need. If you know of a single PCIe card supporting both Ethernet and Wi-Fi, that would be great.
