Why won't my monitor's keyboard and mouse activate when I power on my PC?
Turning on my computer doesn't recognize any devices and fails to power up. However, when I connect my controller and insert my phone, the phone charges successfully.
Yes, it was working fine yesterday. So here's the story. My pc wouldn't allow me to update my windows. It would say like error, refreshing back to original. So I was trying to find a way to reset my pc fully without doing the whole usb thing. I was in my bios yesterday just looking at some stuff that were disabled such as secure boot and others and enabling them. And when I went to exit bios, it restarted my pc and then my monitor, keyboard, and mouse weren't turning on.
You don't see bios anymore? Restart by erasing the CMOS. I don’t know your motherboard model and haven’t checked the specs yet as I asked. You can either short the CMOS pins or take out the battery. Check your motherboard manual—either in print or online—to find the CMOS pin locations. If that helps and you’re back to Windows, use the System File Checker to address other problems.

If this doesn’t work, the next step would be to reset your PC in the recovery settings.
