I haven't had a chance to recommend Windows 8, 8.1 or Windows 10. I've tried each for at least a month or more, but they behave very differently for many tasks—sometimes working well, other times not at all. More often than not, they fail to perform even basic functions. Right now, I'm using Windows 10, and I've set up ClassicShell because the traditional start menu feels too modern for my taste. That said, versions 8 and 10 seem more streamlined and lighter. I don't mind the discussion about Windows right now; it's enough for now... Haha!
