This version appears improved and originates from Amazon. The only variation seems to be the IGPU option. I assumed none of these were unlocked, but that doesn't explain it.

Edited: They all indicate unlocked—still unsure about the lower price of the non-f variant.

I own the 12600k model. Yes, it includes an integrated graphics unit. The main distinction between the 12600k and 12600kf is that the K version comes with an iGPU while the KF model lacks it. Their performance is comparable. Therefore, if the iGPU version (the 12600k you referenced) offers better value, it's worth considering. Having an iGPU is also beneficial for backup purposes, should your main GPU fail and you need a temporary replacement.

It looks like it's just lack of an IGP with the KF. I'm not sure why the K version is cheaper.
