You're wondering if it's safe to install Win 10 on your friend's laptop, especially since they already have Windows 7. You're concerned about privacy and security, but you're curious whether Win 10 is worth the effort given the existing issues with Windows 7. It's a valid concern, so take your time and research thoroughly before proceeding.

It's really a personal choice. If there isn't any reason to put windows 10 on the laptop I'm not sure why you would. I'm not saying that windows 10 isn't good or anything I'm just saying why install a new OS when the current one is doing fine.

I'm really accustomed to getting a 10 to return. The work computers are 7 and they're terrible.

It's excellent. Those who oppose it are A) too lazy and inexperienced to perform a fresh setup or B) pretending to be overly cautious while being careless about their safety.

The latest updates and ads catch my attention. Consider enterprise or academic options. The home version appears to have more issues.

The company would likely need additional setup. I initially thought the different versions only offered free business tools, but it turns out there are more options available.

By checking the settings, you'd avoid ads since they'd be disabled. Which option is easier—reviewing settings now or dealing with ads later? Hmm, what's simpler?

It's identical in every way, but significantly pricier with many unused features. Avoid spending your budget. A fresh installation works just as well if you explore the options carefully, though some may find the setup overwhelming.

It offers additional features for setup yet remains straightforward to use or set up. Access is limited to business and educational users. This is the complete version without any disabled or removed functions
