Since Bethesda understands their audience will update it eventually. Right... We're discussing every title... Oops.
I'm not saying I don't enjoy PC gaming. Actually, I only played on PS4 a few times and didn't like the low frame rates. But while playing, I noticed that certain missions would crash on PC. When I asked a friend why it didn't crash, I realized PC games seem more prone to bugs compared to console titles. Sorry, my English isn't great!
Call of Duty (especially Ghosts) and BF4 are well-known for their frequent glitches and bugs. It's unclear if the same issues persist on other platforms, but on PC, COD and Battlefield have faced problems since Infinity Ward hasn't prioritized a solid port, while EA pushed Battlefield quickly.
I don’t really play either game, so my opinion is limited. I’m aware that both Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty: Ghosts received updates from the developers after launch. I think the issues should be less severe now compared to when they first came out, though I can’t confirm it. You might want to explore another topic and ask whether Battlefield 4 or Call of Duty: Ghosts for PC has been fully resolved yet. Someone else may have more information.
Battlefield features dedicated Servers such as CTE servers. (Community Server Environment) Participants who play report any issues as bugs or glitches. DIce responds by fixing them on the main Servers. Apologies for the poor English.
