You currently use a CSR BT USB adapter that stops working after around ten minutes, regardless of the headset or device you connect. It seems the problem isn't with the driver search, since it worked fine in a Linux VM. The fact that it reconnects temporarily after removal suggests a possible Windows issue. If you try removing and re-adding the device, it behaves normally for about half an hour before resuming. Someone can help you troubleshoot or fix this.

In Device Manager it appears the Bluetooth adapter is present. It works with a suitable driver. You can also verify that Windows has power-saving settings enabled for it.

The system uses a standard Bluetooth radio. No suitable driver was found for the CSR8510, so I discarded the installation media. I turned off the power-saving feature to keep it active.

Keep all hardware with what you buy. You can reach out to the maker to check for help; they may provide a new driver disc.

You haven’t shared your build details, but it seems the chipset and Bluetooth drivers might be missing, which could impact Windows Bluetooth performance.
