Why is Uplay so BAD?

I assembled my latest machine. Played Far Cry 4 at full power because I could. But they refuse to email me the password reset link. It just won’t happen. Anyone got advice? I can’t reach them anymore since they’re closed.

Uplay is fine otherwise, just the poor prices. You might be unlucky.

The best part of using Uplay was when Watch_Dogs didn’t try to load while the overlay was active... You reach the initial loading page and then nothing happens. Actually, my top Uplay experience is when all Ubisoft titles have to start behind it, so I have to switch options manually and disable Window Mode each time.
