On the three fans, it's not as if the 5060ti is a hot running GPU. If it were a 5070ti, that might be an issue. Still, enjoy the card. Fingers crossed it arrives soon.

From my perspective, I don't notice any shortage. It makes sense that in your area things might be different, but it's certainly not a national issue yet.

Give it some time. On Newegg you'll find cards available, though the selection might be smaller now. If you have access to Microcenter nearby, picking up a card there could be a better choice.
