I own a setup with an r9 5900x and a rog strix 3060ti. this configuration should easily reach over 200fps on any esports game at low settings, though currently I only manage 100+fps. My display is the asus pg259qn and my RAM is the aorus rgb @4400mhz. all in-game settings are set to low. On the first day I managed to hit the frame rate limit in overwatch but have since lost that ability. Anyone have any advice or solutions?

Download userbenchmark test tool -
https://www.userbenchmark.com/resources/...chMark.exe
Run it and paste the result link here.
Is this a clean Windows 10 install?
Chipset drivers installed?
Try running the RAM at 3600MHz for a while.
