I purchased the M513 gaming mouse and recently installed the Scoprion software from marvo-tech. However, when I try to launch M513.exe (Scorpion software), it fails to locate the device despite the mouse being connected and visible in the Device Manager and Devices & Printers.

What operating system are you using? Have you connected it to a USB 2.0 port? Did you install the motherboard chipset and USB drivers?

I verified that the operating system is running as 64-bit on an x64 processor.
I also tested all USB ports and encountered the same problem.
Finally, I’m unsure—it might have been installed automatically when I got the computer. How can I confirm this?
