Hey, so the title is just plain text here. This new computer is really bothering me. Honestly, I think this might be a problem with my cyber Link account instead of the computer itself. I reached out to support about a week ago and nobody replied. Now I've created another ticket and I'm not even hopeful it will help much. Does anyone know what's going on or have some ideas? I paid more than $100 for this software and got a lifetime license, but when I try to download directly from the website, it leads me straight to their 365 subscription page. I've tried everything else possible and spent hours trying without success. Hope somebody can give me some advice. Thanks so much.

Thanks for getting back to me. I bought straight from Cyberlink and they sent me official emails proving it's legit. But when I try to run the Cyberlink App Manager, nothing downloads there. Everything else works great with my computer though.
