Hello, can someone assist me? I have an AMD A10 5800K with a 750-watt PSU. When I play Sims 4 my computer shuts down for just 15-30 minutes, but it doesn't shut down when I play Valorant. Is there an issue with my computer hardware? Thank you in advance.

My operating system is Windows 8.1 and I have 8GB of RAM.
It's possible your setup reaches a performance limit that allows Valorant to run but not Sims 4. This might be due to heat issues. Valorant could be less demanding than Sims 4, which tends to use more power and cause the system to overheat or shut down.

Check your PC’s hardware details against the system requirements for Sims 4, Valorant, and compare any discrepancies. Review error logs in Reliability History and Event Viewer for clues about shutdowns related to these games.
