The HDD_LED and PWR_LED are positioned correctly, but there could be other factors affecting it.

It relates to the power button because it controls whether the device is turned on or off.

The power switch should flash in a specific pattern. If it doesn’t, you might need to repair it since it’s causing irritation.

They share the same assembly. Probably individual LEDs, possibly merged in one housing, but positioned near each other.
