Your GPU temperature is normal, but the performance issues suggest a power supply or cooling problem. The frame stutters and low FPS may indicate insufficient power delivery or thermal throttling. Check your PSU and fans for proper operation.

This result appears excessively high for any GPU running at idle with 50% fan speed. Please verify using another tool such as MSI Afterburner or hwinfo64. Task Manager may not always provide accurate data.

Check if sufficient airflow reaches the card. Which case are you using?

Cooling system is clearly faulty. Clean, reapply paste, inspect fans.

your Corsair 4000D has three 120mm fans front, two from the AIO cooler on top, and one from the back.

Your card is showing 133W consumption while reporting 0% GPU core load. It might be handling background tasks or there could be a vBIOS/driver conflict causing it to stay in high power mode. For comparison, idle power usage should be around 10-20W for that model. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/nvidi...on/31.html A virus scan is recommended. It could be a cryptomining program or another background process. Reinstalling display drivers might help. Those temperatures remain elevated even at 50% fan speed and 133W output.
