When I play Valorant, my frame rate jumps around a lot—sometimes dropping to 80 or 90 FPS and going up to 200 at other times instead of staying steady. Even after I closed all my programs in the background, things still lag sometimes.

So, is it just one stick of 8GB RAM or two sticks of 4GB? Sometimes using only a single stick can make games feel laggy or choppy.

Can you just press alt + tab while playing the game so you can leave it right after you lose and move on to watching YouTube or listening to music instead?
