What exactly is this “gold rated local Indian company”? People ask questions for valid reasons; no one is at your computer to investigate independently, so unanswered inquiries represent information that isn’t being provided.

My research indicates it’s not an Indian company. I apologize if my previous statements were rude. I am utilizing an Artis 500 watt gold-rated PSU, which is gold in color.

That was precisely what I anticipated, and that’s the rationale behind posing the question. This PSU is not a gold-rated unit; such a rating isn't actually provided for it. It’s a standard, low-quality PSU that has been falsely labeled “gold” and visually painted gold. A genuine 80 Plus Gold power supply would typically cost significantly more than this one.

Even if it were the most effective PSU available and its specifications were accurate, it would still deliver less than 300W of +12V power. It’s appalling that you paired a GTX 1070 with a PSU of this substandard quality!

I strongly advise against any further testing until you have a reliable power supply. Given your description of texture loading problems, it’s likely that the GPU has already sustained damage.

New builders frequently underestimate the importance of power supplies. A substandard PSU can irreparably damage components, making it unwise to select a low-cost option.
