Why is my FPS dropping so badly?

Hi,
I've been playing League of Legends for a while and my FPS is usually over 200. Last month I experienced a sudden drop in FPS during teamfightes from 200 to 5 or 10. I cleaned my PC with ccleaner and several antivirus programs, but nothing changed. I took a screenshot after finishing my game.

they mentioned win 11 needs 4gb ram and win 11 worked well for me, i've been using it for three months without any issues. i don't have an hdd with a solid state drive.

ensure 4gb available when using only Win11 without games, and it remains in beta.

the game runs very efficiently, using under 1gb while maintaining stability at 200 to 300 fps with no interruptions.
