I often saw HWMonitor show my lowest uncore power as negative zero watts. During sleep mode, the readings would spike to hundreds of kilowatts at times. These inconsistencies seem more like software quirks than actual issues.

This behavior appears typical for AMD Adrenalin, occurring even in OCCT as well.
