Hi everyone, this problem has been going on for about 1.5 years... I'm starting to think CS:GO just hates me and is doing this intentionally lol (because I've literally changed every single part and used a year of software troubleshooting but the stutter keeps coming). I haven't noticed any stutters in other games like Warzone or Valorant or Apex. Specs: GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3070 TI FE CPU: Intel Core i5-11400 (had this RMA'd but it was still buggy) RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 16GB 3200 XMP enabled (originally had Silicon Power Zenith 16GB 3200) MOBO: ASUS TUF Gaming B560M PSU: EVGA GT 850W SSD 1: Samsung 980 500GB SSD 2: Kingston 240GB Monitor: Gigabyte M27Q 1440p 170Hz FreeSync (supports G-Sync) Stuff I've tried: DDU - installed and reinstalled graphics drivers many times. GeForce Experience - Updated graphics drivers regularly. Nvidia control panel - Messed with settings using lots of tips from famous guides. G-Sync - Turned it on and off, but the stuttering is still there (I can't tell if that's worse or better, but I'm pretty sure it was the cause). V-Sync - With both V-Sync and G-Sync turned on while capping my FPS to 165, the game felt a bit smoother, but stuttering was still there, and I really felt the input lag. I've also played CS:GO on old machines at 200-300FPS with a 60Hz monitor without any stutters. Component changes - Listed which parts were replaced in the specs section. Worth mentioning: CS:GO used to crash my whole computer (or just crash to desktop) when I had my old RAM installed (Silicon Power X). The stutters were also there too. When I switched to Corsair, it stopped crashing but the stutters keep happening. A year and a half later... I feel so defeated, so if anyone could help me out please?

Is there a BIOS update for your mother card right now? Maybe it's the problem, but did you try restarting or fixing the game? On which hard drive does the game run? And how long has that power supply been sitting here?
