Is the monitor plugged into the graphics card? You have a KF CPU, so you have no iGPU to power any video ports on the Mobo. If this doesn't fix, are the fans stuck at 100% or did they slow down after startup

The fans activate and all components power up. The DP connects to the GPU, not the motherboard. Would you consider swapping it for a K CPU?
