Here are five dumps you uploaded recently on December 5th that all point to memory issues (RAM). Four of them show MEMORY_MANAGEMENT bugchecks, but two have different mistakes: one is a page table entry corruption and the other is an I/O memory space error. The fifth dump shows a STORE_DATA_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION mistake, which means a heap buffer has been damaged (a heap is just a way to manage memory). There are no third-party drivers involved in these errors, making it unlikely that external software caused them. If RAM isn't the problem, we should check your CPU next. Since you have an Intel CPU, the best tool to run is the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool. You can download it and see what it finds out. Another useful test is running Prime95. This program stresses your CPU and RAM in some tests. It will show any instability issues with your hardware. But be careful: Prime95 gets your CPU very hot, so you need a temperature monitor (like CoreTemP) watching the heat to stay safe. Run all three Prime95 tests (Small FFTs, Large FFTs, and Blend) one after another for at least an hour on each test, or even longer if you can. If Prime95 shows error messages, makes your system crash and cause a BSOD, gets too hot (if the temp hits 100 degrees Celsius), then stop testing right away and tell us what happened.

This might sound silly, but have you updated your BIOS since this has started? I am asking because you've only talked about drivers specifically so far. The reason is that I want to make sure everything is up to date and exclude options. My main point here is that after a big Windows 11 update last year, my memory tests were clean, but the Windows memory diagnostic would always say errors came out. Even though the logs pointed at the RAM, surprising enough was updating the BIOS managed to fix it for me. I'm not saying this will solve your problem, but I want you to be sure you're not running an old BIOS version that could cause issues with Microsoft's updates.
I actually had a new BIOS version (2801) ready, but I used the old 2701. It came out 10 days ago. Just to be safe, I tried it right now. When everything started going wrong, I was the very first person to check, and I saw that my system was already using an older BIOS. So I thought, "Wait a minute! This new one will fix it!" 😛
So I ran the Intel Test. My first two attempts were successful. But on the third try, FF crashed. Then I downloaded a test file from ufile.io for free—no signup needed and no annoying ads. After that, I updated my BIOS to the latest version (which came out just 11 days ago) and ran the Intel Test three more times. Every single time it passed. Next, I went with Small for about an hour and a half, then Large for almost two hours, and finally Blend for almost two hours as well. Nothing wrong at all here.
