Why is my Chrome application still working even though I didn't start it?
You were really helpful, so I ran Malwarebytes and found something like "website outbound name window-service-updates." I took that out and it stopped happening now. I don't think it can come back soon, though I will wait to see if it does. Thanks everyone for the help!
