Hi!
I'm a new member here after browsing the forum, searching for past solutions for years. This time though, I need to ask my question.
I've configured this build and still can't understand why it's not working properly. I really appreciate anyone here helping me identify the issue.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X CPU
Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 6000MHz 64GB (2*32GB)
Corsair iCUE 5000X RGB Airflow Mid-Tower
Corsair AF140 ELITE (2)
be quiet! Dark Rock TF 2 CPU cooler
ASRock Intel Arc A580 Challenger OC (2 GPUs)
WD Black SN850X Heatsink NVMe SSD 1 TB

Issues observed:
The system operates normally. However, I notice something is wrong because explorer.exe restarts and generally crashes under stress.
I'll include crash logs here.
Test results:
Memetest86 worked fine.
Reinstalled W11 Pro.
Functioned without GPU (less frequent crashes).
Worked with one GPU (crashes occasionally).
Reinstalled all drivers.
3D Mark passes using the integrated graphics.
I have three identical GPUs, but they only work when used together. Two and one fail individually.
Resize bar in BIOS was toggled on and off.
Verified PCIe 8X with two cards.
Updated and checked W11 integrity
What is the BIOS version for your motherboard?
ASRock Intel Arc A580 Challenger OC supports 2 GPUs.
Why are you using two of these units?
Running WinDBG on your .dmp file reveals DDU as the issue. It’s likely your display drivers are the problem. Try running DDU in Safe Mode, removing all GPU drivers (AMD, Nvidia, Intel), and then reinstalling with a single latest driver from Intel. See how it performs with just one card instead of two.
Did you enter safe mode and try all three settings with reboots in between? Sadly, the issue persists with a chaotic pattern of restarts. A fresh DMP file is available if you have it:

All right, the motherboard was updated due to some Intel ethernet issues. It runs more stably now, but OCCT still encounters errors during GPU testing. I began searching for faulty drivers and used SFC, which produced another blue screen. DMP shared a link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jQeegVB...sp=sharing. I also ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and it worked without a blue screen. OCCT still fails the adaptive GPU check.
Continues to crash despite fixes. Removed the Intel Computing Improvement Program, but issues persist. Noted some errors in the event log. Updated dump file available here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jyN6HJx...drive_link. Anyone has time to help identify further solutions?
