It seems you should have conducted thorough research. GTA VI is set in Vice City, a fictional city inspired by Miami. Examining Miami’s demographics shows only about 14% are White. Reviewing the trailer and noting 141 NPCs, I estimated roughly 55 White individuals and 86 non-White residents, making the population around 39% White—more than double Miami’s share. In fact, Vice City appears disproportionately White.
