Perhaps only under certain thermal conditions. If the issue relates to power constraints, then an AIO wouldn't assist. With a 5800X3D unit, you won't be able to increase PPT, TDC, or EDC limits using PBO, making undervolting the primary solution to extend the CPU's power allowance.

Actually, it won't matter what the stock price is—temperatures will still rise higher than expected.

Undervolting isn't the miracle fix many suggest. I haven't found any measurable evidence on the topic yet. Cutting power will lower temperatures, though performance may change.

Max boost won't activate with standard power options on Zen 3, and max performance won't either. For thermal problems within normal limits, focus on improving cooling.

Recorded at this time. Reduced voltage generates less heat. It’s possible to surpass performance gains and end up losing them, yet the video effectively clarifies the concept.
