I'm having trouble with my B450 tomahawk Max II and Ryzen 5 2600 setup. The RAM stays stuck at 2133 even after changing settings to 2933 or 3200, and I don't know how to resolve this issue. Can someone assist?

There are many updated BIOS versions available. It's important to refresh the BIOS, especially if you haven't done so before, and make sure to thoroughly follow the guidelines provided.

Is it happening with XMP or DOCP? You can't just adjust the speed.

What occurs following the save and exit from the BIOS? Are you using the most recent BIOS update?

No changes occur, and I'm unsure if I'm affected. I'm using version E7C02AMS.H30.

I don't think so, the build date on the BIOS is from 11/30/2020.
