Where did you obtain the "clone" toner?
Be aware that Samsung's software and drivers might not function correctly with a non-Samsung cartridge.
Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any print or printer-related events.
Search for print or printing issues in the logs when reprint problems arose.

the other thing i recall is that some apps could face problems when trying to reprint after thinking the printing wasn't complete. does this reprint occur only in one app?

Sorry, I don't get your idea... Anyway, I tried connecting my printer to my Dell laptop, printed my crossword from the local newspaper, and it worked fine there. But it didn't print correctly on my desktop.

Did you read post #10? It was intended just for you, but other moderators contributed as well. You repeated the same quote earlier. I had to search online to learn how to remove temporary files properly. Don’t assume just by writing a statement that your point is clear—others might misunderstand. No worries about this.
