I bought this used XPS 9510. When it charges, it gets too hot for me, especially on the left side of the body. The CPU temperature goes up to 100 degrees. I had to turn all my fans to full speed just to keep them under 90, and that makes a lot of noise. I bought this laptop only two weeks ago, and by now the battery has already dropped from its original health to 1.9%. There is also a gap in the metal casing at the front and some swelling at the end of the trackpad, like it was bumped by a hot potato (or maybe just a really firm pillow). I don't know if this happened before or if this is why things are breaking now. Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong with my laptop? What should I actually do about it?

It was about two weeks ago when the battery started losing power, but now I have been using this laptop for almost three months straight.
