In Cyberpunk 2077 most users keep their CPU around 40–60% while I’m constantly at 100%. I noticed someone with identical CPU stats but an RTX 5070 had similar lower usage compared to others. It’s unclear if this difference matters. I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 via an upgrade install rather than a clean format.
