Why does my computer stop working and make Outlook break while trying to send a long list of phone numbers or addresses?
I am having a really weird trouble with printing in Outlook. When I try to print an Outlook contacts file that is two or more pages long, the preview doesn't show up correctly and I get a message saying "There s a problem with the selected printer. You might need to reinstall this printer. Try again, or use a different printer." If I click OK and pick another printer, I get the same message. I can print emails of any length fine. I can print one-page contacts files fine. It is contact files that are two or more pages long that cause this issue. Here is a list of things I have tried that haven't worked: - Deleting or renaming the OutPrnt file. - Reinstalling the printer & updating the printer drivers. - Reinstalling & updating the graphics drivers. - Changing the font for the contacts file. - Adjusting the "memo style" font and print settings in the Outlook print dialog. - Repairing my Office installation. I've tested this on many contacts and emails. I notice that my print preview in Outlook takes a few extra moments to show up, however it only glitches when contact files are two or more pages long. This made me think it might be graphics related. However, no amount of driver re-installs or settings tinkering changed anything. Remember only Outlook is having this problem right now. I have no other ideas at the moment. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to try to fix it? Thanks!
Could this tool help me? It's not listed on here - here is another link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/e/.....a214ac1230

Cool. Thanks for getting back to me. I'm going to try the MS Support and Recovery Assist tool that you sent over. I checked all the fixes or tricks you shared for recent Outlook PC problems, but none of them helped my case either. Other tips from online experts didn't work too, thanks!
Hey there, if you are wondering or might have had this trouble yourself here is the link that fixed my problem in Outlook. It took me running DISM.exe online and Clean up image followed by sfc scan now in an elevated command prompt. I thought it was because some of my windows system files were corrupted or missing. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...em...6e85d4094e You can mark this as solved, I just can't figure out how to do it myself. Thanks Colif!
