Why do my internet speeds go up and down?
I bought a brand new computer recently, and today I set up internet using google fiber. I am connected through ethernet, but my ping times are all over the place—from as fast as eight milliseconds to almost one hundred and forty-seven milliseconds in most of my packets. I checked with packetlosstest.com, and it shows an average jitter of sixty-seven milliseconds for me.
